St Gregory CSCC AGM Minutes
September 25, 2008
1. Meeting called to order at 7:05pm.
2. Overview of what the CSCC is about done by Angie Zborosky
3. Thank you to parents & families for all their contribution to the playground structure done by Katrina Diewold
4. Announced this years’ fundraising drive will be to purchase a billboard sign for front of the school
5. List of current positions & outgoing elected positions:
Out-going Chair – Heather Dyck
Vice-Chair – Angie Zborosky
Treasurer – Charlotte Hinks
Out-going Secretary – Katrina Diewold
Parish Rep – Dhilu Seilman
Community Rep – Kathy Desjarlais
Teacher Rep – Kim Patenaude and Courtney Dalrymple
Principal – Deb Clare
Out-going Hot Lunch Coordinator – Leanne Van BetuwCommunications Coordinator – Kari Wihlidal
6. CSCC will meet every 3rd Tuesday or Wednesday each month. We will rotate between Tuesday and Wednesday. Free babysitting will be provided for all parents attending the meetings
7. Discussed what CSCC provides for the school and students through the fundraising events that the CSCC organizes:
School calendar magnets, Stations of Cross presentation, Sacramental gifts for students, allowance for teachers and staff for classroom expenses and incentives, donations to AR program, Staff appreciation gifts, gifts for departing staff, freezie for play day, Farewell gifts to Grad 8 grads, assist with start up costs for St Gregory Pre-School, family BBQs, school yard play structures,
Events held by CSCC: Family Dance, Pat’s Family Fun Night
8. Elections and Appointments:Chair-overall responsible for activities of CSCC, prep agenda for meetings, act as rep at CSCC and attend School Board functions, signing authority for bank accounts, together with communication coordinator communicate with student and families
Katrina Diewold nominated Angie Zborosky for Chair Position. Angie accepted nomination. No other nominations. Angie appointed position of Chair by acclamation for a 2yr term

Vice-Chair has now become vacant.
Lorena Miller nominated Leanne Van Betuw for Vice-Chair Position. Leanne accepted nomination. No other nominations. Leanne appointed position of Vice-Chair by acclamation for 1yr term.

Secretary-overall responsibility for preparing and distributing the minutes of meetings, receiving and sending correspondence.
Charlotte Hinks nominated Katrina Diewold for Secretary Position. Katrina accepted nomination. No other nominations. Katrina appointed position of Secretary by acclamation for a 2yr term.
9. Ask for volunteers to fill the CSCC organization positions:
Hot Lunch Coordinators - Charlotte Dusyk, Tammy Drews, Melodie Wark & Sharon Zborosky
Fundraiser Coordinators – Kelly Buettner, Heather Dyck & Danielle Nelson
Volunteer Coordinator – Lorena Miller
Spirit wear Coordinators – Darlene Perras & Melodie Wark
Family Dance – Trina Obrigewich
10. Open up for any proposed changes to the constitution. No proposed changes brought forward
