INTER-LACROSSE
This year at St. Gregory we have decided to participate in Interschool Lacrosse along with students from St. Timothy. The idea was brought forth from Ms. Jealous and Mr. Van Betuw of St. Timothy to field a team with Grade 7 and 8 athletes from Timothy and Gregory. From St. Gregory, Mr. Parisien has decided to help with this endeavour and although Lacrosse coincides with Badminton and Track, we are looking forward to making it work with our busy schedules. This year’s season will consist of practices and tryouts at both St. Timothy and St. Gregory on Tuesdays and Fridays after school; before and after Easter break. Also, the game schedule has not yet been determined and will be sent at a later date. We have great confidence that this will be a fun and successful season.

Greetings, from your Regina Catholic School Division Board of Trustees!
No matter how long the winter, spring is sure to follow. ~ Proverb
We would like to recognize all the hard work of our staff, students, and community members who have come together this season to work on many valuable Lenten projects. Thank you.
March has been a historic month for the Regina Catholic School Division. This month the Board of Trustees entered into a workplace partnership agreement with the Ministry of First Nations and Métis Relations. The partnership focuses on continuing to work on preparing our Division to employ Aboriginal people, while in turn preparing Aboriginal people to compete for job opportunities with the Division.
The provincial government has just released its budget. We are in the process of determining the impact of the numerous funding changes specific to our Division's provincial financial support.
As we prepare for Holy Week, with the ultimate celebration of Easter Sunday, we wish you and your family God's many blessings.
